Clearmind Healing Studio and House of Nature Canada
Hello and welcome!
I am so glad you found your way to my page. My name is Elly, and I welcome you from my home here in Canada.
My deep love for herbalism truly blossomed back in 2010. That was the year I opened my "Clearmind Energy Healing" studio, born from a heartfelt wish to offer gentle tools for both body and mind. Over the years, I have been incredibly blessed to share healing techniques passed down to me by wonderful mentors. I have learned from Mexican and Peruvian curanderos, Buddhist teachers, lucid dreaming masters, and wise "white witches" like Dr. Sharon Forrest, who personally certified me in Black Pearl Sanctuary and Complete Cellular Mind and Body Alignment (CCMBA) treatments.
A beautiful turning point happened after a session one afternoon. A client sent me a sweet note, sharing how much she loved the simple, comforting cup of herbal tea I gave her afterward. She called it "so simple and so satisfying." That single cup of chamomile tea sparked a lifelong curiosity in me.
Soon, I discovered a whole new world of inspiring herbalists like Rosemary Gladstar, Dr. Christopher Hobbs, Yarrow Willard, Barbara O'Neill, Drum Ryan, and Richo Cech. They became my guides to the green gifts of our planet. Before long, herbs woven themselves into the fabric of my family’s daily life. They gave us the strength to weather challenges, the comfort to find calm in the chaos, and the support to heal quickly from illnesses.
My craft became deeply personal when the people I loved needed help. I saw a friend's young daughter lose hope over her skin issues, watched my aunt grieve as her hair began to thin, and listened to my son’s persistent, stubborn cough. These moments became my calling. I immersed myself in research, searching for natural ways to help them heal. As the wonderful teacher Barbara O'Neill always says, "The body can self heal by its very design, given the right conditions."
The remedies I create today combine the natural magic of organic, wild-harvested herbs with careful research into what our bodies need most to thrive. These are not mass-produced items; they are the exact same batches I make for my own family and dearest friends. Every jar and bottle is packed with the highest quality medicinal herbs, cold-pressed, unrefined oils, vitamins, and minerals. They are designed to nurture your skin and body back to its optimal health, just as nature intended.
None of this would be possible without the love and dedication of the small, ethical family businesses, local healers, and herbalists who supply me. They are the true guardians of ancient green knowledge, and they provide the wonderfully fresh herbs, rich butters, and pure oils that make my products whole.
I hope you can feel the love, warmth, and passion we pour into every single blend we share with you.
Wishing you wellness, health, and a lifetime of happiness.
With love,
Elly
Mission

My mission is simple: we need to remember that we are all one big family. We share a beautiful home called Planet Earth, floating in a vast universe. Because we are all connected, we truly need each other.
Deep down, we all want the exact same things: to feel safe, healthy, happy, and loved. We want the very best for our children too. We want them to grow up healthy, climb green trees, breathe fresh air, and swim in clean lakes and oceans.
Every single one of us matters, and we all have something special to give. Together, it is up to us to make our earthly home a kind, peaceful, and happy place to live.
Workshops and products
Our products are natural. They are handmade in small batches with the utmost love & intention. Shape, color, scent, size and appearance can vary slightly between batches. I hope you see my site as a trusted source for organic skin care products and research-backed natural remedies for stress, energy, and immune support. I also offer skin making products workshops and consultations on health and natural home. If you live in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area), please take advantage of the workshops that I offer in my home-based studio. If you don’t live nearby, Zoom calls are a great option with the first introductory virtual meeting being always free.
